Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience leading cross-functional software, data, and ML delivery, combining program management and systems design expertise. A proven track record of shipping at least one LLM-powered or data-intensive product to production with measurable impact is required. Working knowledge of LLM product patterns, including prompt/program design, function calling, retrieval, evaluations, and guardrails, is necessary to make informed trade-offs and reviews. Financial and operational literacy, including the ability to reason about latency, total cost of ownership, and budget, is essential. Excellent client facilitation and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to produce clear written artifacts, are also mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Principal AI Delivery Lead will own the orchestration of AI agent projects from discovery to handover, setting direction, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring reliability. This role involves running discovery and scoping workshops, defining MVPs and acceptance tests, and aligning budget and SLAs. Key responsibilities include making pragmatic architecture decisions, partnering with specialists for deep design, and maintaining delivery plans and RAID logs. The lead will drive projects from POC to pilot to production, unblocking teams and ensuring reliability by design through evaluations, guardrails, and observability. They will also set up runbooks, dashboards, and incident paths for the operate-to-transfer phase, train appointed team leads, and execute Build-Operate-Transfer handovers. Additionally, the role involves contributing to proposals, framing ROI, and presenting to executives and individual contributors.
