Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of software (SaaS) product management experience, including experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or deploying LLMs in production environments, familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with experience in data analysis and experimentation, are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Product Manager - AI & LLM, you will collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather product requirements, translate goals into user stories, prioritize features, develop release plans, coordinate releases, and work with development and QA teams to resolve issues. You will also facilitate communication between various teams, understand AI/ML concepts, and ensure alignment on priorities and objectives, while continuously refining user stories and considering user impact.
