Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role, ideally within B2B SaaS. They should have demonstrated experience in growing and maintaining relationships with named accounts, particularly those involving Global Banks and Fortune 5000 companies. Strong experience in SaaS sales and account management is essential.

Responsibilities

The Principal Account Manager will lead end-to-end conversations around Renewal negotiations and Expansion opportunities with their portfolio of Enterprise customers, building meaningful relationships through various communication channels. They will partner closely with Customer Success Managers to understand customer adoption, develop pricing strategies, and identify expansion opportunities. Responsibilities include negotiating contract terms, providing excellent customer service, presenting the value of Loopio to stakeholders, conducting product demonstrations, developing engagement strategies, and proactively identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, they will manage account information in Salesforce, forecast sales accurately, monitor license usage, and maintain relationships with internal teams such as Product and Development, Marketing, and Sales. Finally, they will conduct market research, attend events, and travel occasionally to support customer meetings.
