This role is for an Enterprise Account Executive at Loop, focused on leading sales for their new Order Tracking product. This position is unique as it involves cracking new markets for brands that require best-in-class tracking but may not have previously needed a return platform. The role requires figuring out how to sell into new segments, providing feedback to the business, building a sales playbook, and shaping the go-to-market strategy from inception. Loop values curiosity, drive, creativity, and enthusiasm for challenges.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in ambiguous environments and proactively problem-solving.
  • Curious, fast-learner, and knowledgeable about current tech, tools, and AI, with a focus on working smarter.
  • Proficient in managing the entire deal lifecycle, with the ability to explain processes and forecasting strategies clearly.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Maintained a clean, accurate CRM and experience with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Apollo, Slack, Loom, Notion, and Zoom.
  • Bonus: Experience selling into Shopify, e-commerce, or post-purchase tech stacks.
  • Bonus: Experience breaking into new markets or shaping early go-to-market strategies at a startup, especially scaling from zero to one.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Loop’s Order Tracking solution to net new Shopify merchants, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and refine a go-to-market motion in a new market segment, collaborating with leadership, marketing, and product teams for testing and iteration.
  • Build a repeatable sales process to pioneer the sales of tracking as a standalone solution.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas through consultative selling, understanding merchant business models, and pitching value.
  • Act as the voice of the market, providing field insights to inform product strategy, positioning, and enablement.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes involving customer experience, product, tech, and finance teams.
  • Travel domestically 2–3 times per quarter for events, team offsites, and customer visits.
