Responsibilities

Responsibilities include creating and communicating high-level architectures and strategies, providing architectural guidance, conducting workshops, shaping and communicating a compelling vision, and representing ServiceNow in industry forums. The role also involves collaborating with customers, partners, and internal teams to integrate customer requirements into sales proposals and product development.
