Responsibilities
The Premium Research and Data Administrator will research and gather property and construction project information from online sources and internal/external tools, communicate with customers and construction professionals via phone and email to verify or collect missing data, and enter updated or corrected job data into internal database systems. They will also resolve inaccuracies by validating or correcting data, support broader data quality initiatives by contributing to process improvements, and work under deadlines set by service-level agreements (SLAs) with customers.
