Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in provider installation, directory management, provider data operations, data management, configuration, or a related discipline, along with prior experience in data management systems and software. Technical proficiency in directory design, programming, and/or testing, and the ability to analyze and interpret data within the healthcare industry are also required.
Responsibilities
The Provider Installation Professional 2 will create design and programming for provider directories, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness according to regulations. They will develop and maintain a robust data structure, conduct thorough proofing and quality assurance procedures, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, collaborate with IT and other teams, implement and test directories, generate and post directories to electronic libraries, maintain operating guidelines, and update standard operating procedures. They will also assist with managing change orders and reporting on progress to senior management.
