Responsibilities

Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation in the real estate industry
Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers
Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
Monitor media coverage and report on PR performance metrics
Handle crisis communication and manage any potential negative publicity
Plan and execute brand activation campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Organize and manage events such as property launches, open houses, and promotional events
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for brand activation, including digital and print materials
Ensure all brand activation activities align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of brand activation campaigns and suggest improvements
Work closely with the content team to develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters
Oversee the production of visual and written content for PR and brand activation purposes
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders, including developers, architects, and interior designers
Manage sponsorship opportunities that align with the company’s brand values and target audience
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate sector
Use insights from research to inform PR and brand activation strategies
Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities
