Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or growth analytics, preferably in a SaaS environment. A deep understanding of PLG funnels, SaaS metrics, and activation frameworks is required, along with hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase. Strong SQL skills and experience supporting A/B testing frameworks are essential. The role also requires the ability to define North Star metrics, align KPIs to business goals, and possess strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

The PLG Product Analyst will own the funnel health, event tracking, and behavioral insights for Lucidya’s products, building the analytics framework for PLG adoption, retention, and experiment validation. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining event tracking taxonomy, designing dashboards to track key metrics, partnering with Product Managers on A/B experiments, conducting deep-dive analyses on user behavior, syncing product events with marketing tools, and delivering monthly analytics reports with actionable recommendations. The analyst will also maintain embedded dashboards for key modules and audit current analytics and tracking gaps.
