Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent military or work experience. They must currently hold or be able to obtain necessary security clearances as per customer requirements, and have at least 5+ years of experience with endpoint security applications. Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms is required, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

The Resident Technologist Consultant will provide dedicated support to customers with the implementation and ongoing operational support of the CrowdStrike platform and related technologies, including planning, installation, optimization, maintenance, and follow-on support. They will collaborate closely with customer security and IT teams, utilize common software deployment technologies, leverage APIs and scripts, guide customer leads with incident management, assist with integration of CrowdStrike into existing tools, and act as the technical interface for customer concerns or escalations. Furthermore, they will maintain awareness of upcoming CrowdStrike technologies and features releases to assist customers with adoption and operationalizing into their security operations process.
