As a Customer Support Engineer, the individual will provide technical support for Android applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues, develop and maintain technical documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely updates and resolution of reported issues within defined SLAs. They will also stay updated with the latest advancements in mobile platforms and integrate innovative approaches for competitive advantage.
