Requirements

Candidates should possess deep expertise in Commercial Insurance, with a strong focus on Worker's Compensation. A proven track record of driving transformational change management within enterprise organizations involving multiple stakeholders is required. Experience delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, along with previous direct experience in the insurance or healthcare industries or extensive consulting for these sectors, is also necessary. An analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights and the ability to navigate cross-functional initiatives with agile and high-performing product and engineering teams are key competencies. An empathetic and humble approach to collaboration across multiple functions is also expected.

Responsibilities

The Platform Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading and developing product deployment and change management strategies for EIQ’s AI Worker's Compensation Claims Guidance for Enterprise clients. They will leverage operations, strategy, and change management expertise to partner with Sales, Client Services, and Product teams to drive successful client business outcomes. This role involves serving as the subject matter expert for Claims Guidance and Claims Operations for specific product modules to ensure effective AI-powered claims guidance solutions. Responsibilities include shaping the client experience from data onboarding through implementation and post-deployment adoption, providing product expert guidance and insights to client executive teams, and establishing a Voice of Customer program. The lead will partner with Sales and Product Managers to plan go-to-market motions, provide expert delivery guidance, and manage client stakeholders. They will also partner with Client Strategy and Analytics to implement change management best practices and operational excellence, build systems and processes to improve the operating and delivery model, effectively communicate complex product intricacies, and build playbooks to educate internal stakeholders.
