Requirements

Responsibilities

The Physician Panel Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining Dane Street’s physician panel by understanding client fee schedules and turnaround times to negotiate physician agreement terms, updating physician records, researching and expanding the panel, onboarding new physicians based on client specifications, negotiating costs and contract terms, assisting physician reviewers with inquiries, sourcing physicians for urgent recruitment needs, collaborating with internal teams to ensure network coverage, and participating in special projects as needed. They will also provide onboarding instructions and access information for Dane Street systems, and may involve lifting, bending, and occasional travel while working from home with a reliable internet connection.
