Requirements
Candidates are required to possess 5+ years of experience in negotiating provider contracts, including physician/provider group contracts with multiple payment methodologies such as value-based/risk, and a high school diploma or equivalent. They should have experience in CMS STAR measures, relationships in the local market, and an unrestricted driver’s license.
Responsibilities
The Provider Network Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing an adequate provider network in assigned geographical area, maintaining relationships with providers, negotiating and renegotiating contracts, engaging subject matter experts and providers to improve performance, monitoring reports to ensure compliance, reporting on status and risks, and supporting the overall Network Team. They will also support assigned groups to improve performance in CMS STAR measures and exhibit innovation, independence, and confidence.
