Responsibilities

The Full-Cycle Clinical Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical roles at Brightline, from job requisition to offer acceptance, source exceptional talent to build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline, screen candidates for their clinical qualifications and alignment with Brightline's mission and values, collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leaders to develop targeted hiring plans and create clear candidate profiles, run efficient and effective recruitment processes, provide an exceptional, smooth, and engaging experience for candidates, utilize Brightline’s ATS (Ashby) to manage requisitions and track candidate workflows, and continuously identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
