Responsibilities
The In-House Network Representative will be responsible for fielding all calls from providers requesting network access, responding to provider emails regarding access requests, supporting Network Field Leads in obtaining signatures on contracts and amendments, organizing and maintaining executed contract folders, coordinating internal communications to the Network Field Team, and supporting Network Development and Value Based Contracting Leadership as necessary. Additionally, the role involves providing overall support to the Network Development team and addressing escalated issues from Provider Service.
