Requirements

Responsibilities

The Consultative Pharmacy Technician acts as an intake for calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers, performing advanced administrative and operational duties. Responsibilities include prescription data entry, handling faxed medication orders, building IPU-MARs and patient profiles, and recognizing IPU model specifics. The role involves verifying information with hospices, triaging calls, providing documentation, meeting IPU goals for accuracy and call quality, and troubleshooting ADS. Additional duties include assisting the IPU Technician Supervisor with emergent hospice patient needs and providing optimal customer service.
