About the Role

As the Clinical Operations Coordinator at Devoted, you will be based in our Waltham office and play a crucial role in supporting the medical management operations of the health plan. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with network healthcare providers through proactive outreach and follow-up communication. This is a fast-paced environment with dynamic workflows and occasional last-minute changes. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, detail-oriented, possess a natural talent for customer service, and demonstrate strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to hospitals and provider offices to obtain important clinical documentation.
  • Contact hospitals and provider groups to ensure communication of clinical decisions.
  • Manage clinical contact lists for hospitals and provider groups, scheduling peer-to-peer calls when appropriate.
  • Provide operational support for key medical management processes, enabling nurses and physicians to make efficient, high-quality decisions.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years of administrative or office experience.
  • Proficiency in technology, particularly Gmail and G Suite.
  • Proven history of organization and high attention to detail.

Compensation and Total Rewards

Our salary ranges are broad to accommodate growth within the role. The actual base salary offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, education level, certifications, professional licenses, and geographic location.
