Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and previous experience as a Technical Services Consultant or in a similar technical support role is required. Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network systems is essential, along with proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing effective solutions. Previous experience working with pharmacy, pharmacy integrations, and/or healthcare technology is highly desirable, as is knowledge of SQL and relational databases, data integrations technologies, HL7, and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Services Consultant, you will provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings, assess and diagnose complex technical issues, collaborate on resolutions, develop and implement effective solutions to improve system performance and stability, conduct product demonstrations and provide training, assist with project management of deployments, stay up to date with emerging technologies, document technical issues and resolutions, and collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and provide technical expertise during client meetings.
