Requirements

The Operations Technician must be able to work all shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including rotating on-call coverage. Experience with remote technical support and roadside monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Operations Technician is responsible for remote troubleshooting, site and roadside monitoring, and ensuring the general uptime of devices managed by the Verra Command Center (VCC). This includes supporting operations across the United States and parts of Canada, coordinating with VCC Support teams, maintaining VCC documentation and databases, and reviewing existing red-light camera data.
