Pharmacy Assistant License (WA only requirement)
Ability to work weekdays and weekends
Onsite requirement: Must be able to commute to and work at the pharmacy location during scheduled shifts
Experience using MS Excel, Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools, and Slack
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Reside in AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, KS, MD, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, or WI
Physical ability to: work at a computer terminal for extended periods, move around the pharmacy, stoop, bend, reach, make repetitive motions with wrists/hands/fingers, lift/carry/push/pull/move objects up to 50 pounds, communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details
Analytical, detail-oriented, adept at prioritizing, reliable, exceptional communication skills, team player

Responsibilities

Efficiently package prescription orders with meticulous attention to detail
Maintain accurate inventory of all packaging and shipping supplies, including cold chain items
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with inventory management
Support process improvement initiatives
Manage interactions with third-party couriers and shipping carriers
Ensure timely package dispatch
Troubleshoot shipping issues
Make urgent deliveries when necessary
