Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Washington. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Washington to practice.

Compensation

  • Type: Fee for Service (W2)
  • Range: Up to $27,300 annually
  • Components: Includes a Flat Rate and two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Washington:
    • LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
    • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
    • LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience: Must have experience diagnosing.
  • Availability: Willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
  • Specialties: Behavioral Health Generalists – open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
  • Growth Potential: Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles or supervisory positions are encouraged.
