Requirements

Responsibilities

Vorbereitung und Prüfung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Payroll-Dienstleister
Pflege und Verwaltung der Personaldaten
Betreuung von Benefits, insbesondere der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
Unterstützung im gesamten Mitarbeiter-Lifecycle – von der Personalgewinnung bis zum Offboarding
Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten wie Terminkoordination, Dokumentenmanagement sowie Organisation von Meetings, Workshops und internen Veranstaltungen
Ausführung sämtlicher weiteren HR-relevanter Tätigkeiten, die in diesem Zusammenhang anfallen
