Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Vorbereitung und Prüfung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Payroll-Dienstleister
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Personaldaten
  • Betreuung von Benefits, insbesondere der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
  • Unterstützung im gesamten Mitarbeiter-Lifecycle – von der Personalgewinnung bis zum Offboarding
  • Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten wie Terminkoordination, Dokumentenmanagement sowie Organisation von Meetings, Workshops und internen Veranstaltungen
  • Ausführung sämtlicher weiteren HR-relevanter Tätigkeiten, die in diesem Zusammenhang anfallen
