Candidates should have proven experience in a Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA) role, along with strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), the ability to work independently and take initiative, a professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The Personal Assistant will manage the director's diary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring prompt and professional responses, provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and office organization, coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items, assist with project management tasks, including tracking project progress and deadlines, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required, arrange travel and accommodation for the director and other team members as needed, conduct research and compile information for various projects, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
