Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role. They must be comfortable working with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems, demonstrating a strong data-driven mindset and solid interpersonal skills. Mandatory language proficiency includes spoken and written English and Korean.
The Performance Marketing Manager will partner with Tinder APAC to lead performance marketing campaigns, optimize campaign performance to meet business objectives, and stay informed regarding new tools, partners, tactics, and market trends to discover new growth opportunities. They will communicate with stakeholders, make recommendations based on key insights from campaign performance, and be comfortable with a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of business signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration.
