Candidates should have proven experience creating engaging content for TikTok and a strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent storytelling skills are required, along with the ability to edit the content produced. A passion for sports and familiarity with fantasy sports is strongly preferred, as well as a creative mindset and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also necessary.
The Performance Creative Associate will develop and produce original TikTok videos that highlight the unique features of the Sleeper app. They will stay ahead of TikTok trends to create timely content and collaborate with the marketing team to execute edgy marketing campaigns. The role involves actively engaging with followers to foster community and monitoring content performance to provide insights for improvement. Additionally, the associate will work closely with influencers, athletes, and content creators to amplify campaigns.
