Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-4 years of paid social activation experience across at least four major social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. They should have experience activating campaigns with awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives, along with experience in buying ads on social platforms, including execution, optimization, and analysis. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in pixel generation and placement, as well as data hygiene, analysis, and visualization using tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, with pivot table experience being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Paid Social Specialist will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all major social platforms, collaborating with the team on media planning to support client and campaign strategy. They will manage campaign budget pacing and execute bid adjustments as needed, perform campaign QA, build and deliver weekly and ad hoc reports including formatted Excel reports, Looker dashboards, and performance insights and recommendations, pull data and write insights to tell a story for campaign wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables, maintain understanding of the newest paid social product offerings, recommend changes to improve overall performance, leverage content for flawless execution, routinely check social platforms and campaign dashboards, and support the team in launching and optimizing A/B tests.
