The Paid Social team at Code3 delivers sophisticated branding and performance media campaigns. As a Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by executing complex ad campaigns and reporting on campaign performance to clients. This role offers the opportunity to develop expert-level media skills across major platforms and tackle diverse challenges for prominent brands.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across major social platforms with a focus on flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with the team on media planning to support client and campaign strategies.
  • Manage campaign budget pacing and execute bid adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform campaign quality assurance (QA) on your own campaigns, ad sets, and ads, as well as those created by team members.
  • Build and deliver weekly and ad hoc reports, including formatted Excel reports, Looker dashboards, performance insights, and recommendations.
  • Extract data and write insights to narrate campaign performance for wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables like Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Stay informed about the latest paid social product offerings and trends across platforms.
  • Recommend improvements to existing products, policies, and processes to enhance overall performance.
  • Leverage creative assets from creative teams and clients to ensure flawless execution of ad placement builds within social platforms, aligning with media plan strategies.
  • Routinely monitor social platforms and campaign dashboards for performance updates and anomalies.
  • Support the team in launching and optimizing A/B tests on active campaigns, focusing on elements like audiences, creative, bid models, and ad placements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of paid social activation experience across at least 4 of the following platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Experience activating paid social campaigns for awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
  • Proven experience in buying ads on social platforms, including execution, optimization, and analysis.
  • Experience with pixel generation and providing recommendations for third-party tracking based on campaign strategy and manager direction.
  • Proficiency in data hygiene, analysis, and visualization using Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Pivot table experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to manage client and external communications.
  • Certifications in digital marketing and/or social media strategy are a plus (e.g., Meta Blueprint Buying and Planning Certifications, Snap Focus, Google Analytics Certifications).
