Candidates should possess 2+ years of technical Workday experience and 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR Ops experience is required, along with a proactive attitude, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, exceptional commitment to confidentiality, superior communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Experience working collaboratively in a team setting is also expected.
The People Technology Analyst will serve as a hands-on practitioner for Motive's Workday HCM system, focusing on maintaining data quality and reinforcing data governance. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the Workday platform, assisting with project management, optimizing the platform, driving continuous process improvement, and enhancing user adoption. This includes developing and delivering Workday reports and training, performing audits for accuracy, responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, loading data, managing Workday security and business processes, and documenting solutions and process workflows.
