Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or an Advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience, or a PhD with 0 years of work experience. Preferred qualifications include 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience with an Advanced degree, or up to 3 years of experience with a PhD. Additionally, 3+ years of Workday configuration or technical HRIS experience is required, along with 2+ years of experience configuring Workday Talent Management modules, including Skills, Career Hub, and Talent Marketplace. Experience with Workday business processes, custom reports, security, calculated fields, EIBs, and dashboards is also preferred, as is experience supporting Talent Management processes in a global organization. Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst, Talent Management Systems will configure, design, optimize, and maintain Visa’s Talent Management systems, focusing on Workday Talent modules and related external systems globally. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining systems supporting talent, performance management, succession, objective setting, and employee development programs. The analyst will act as a consultative partner with COE subject matter experts, manage stakeholder relationships, and facilitate user acceptance testing. They will also evaluate Workday releases, assess potential impacts, recommend enhancements, and conduct root cause analysis for system and process improvements within the Talent ecosystem.
