As a Sr. Analyst, Talent Management Systems, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, optimizing, and maintaining Visa’s Talent Management systems, with a primary focus on Workday Talent modules (including Performance) and related external systems across a global organization. You will work closely with Talent Management stakeholders, HR, IT, vendors, and others to ensure our Talent Management platforms empower Visa’s people and leaders to excel, develop, and grow.
You will leverage your expertise in Talent Management systems to champion enhancements, provide creative solutions, and drive efficiency and effectiveness in talent processes and programs.
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice
