Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or an Advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 0 years of experience. Preferred qualifications include 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years with an Advanced degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD. A minimum of 3 years of Workday configuration or technical HRIS experience is required, along with 2+ years of experience configuring Workday Talent Management modules, including Skills, Career Hub, and Talent Marketplace. Experience with Workday business processes, custom reports, security, calculated fields, EIBs, and dashboards is also preferred, as is experience supporting Talent Management processes in a global organization. Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
The Sr. Analyst, Talent Management Systems will be responsible for configuring, designing, optimizing, and maintaining Visa’s Talent Management systems, primarily focusing on Workday Talent modules and related external systems globally. Key duties include analyzing, configuring, testing, and maintaining systems supporting talent, performance management, succession, objective setting, and employee development. The role involves acting as a consultative partner to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and manage stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities also include identifying continuous improvement opportunities, facilitating user acceptance testing, evaluating Workday releases for impact and enhancements, and conducting root cause analysis to recommend system and process improvements.
