About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized upper-college or MBA-level student to join our People & Talent team. This internship will be for at least one semester/quarter for Fall 2025, with the option to extend into 2026 if mutually desired.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in a career in Human Resources, including areas of talent acquisition, employee engagement, HRIS management, and people data analysis. You will have a desire to contribute in a high-growth, dynamic environment, have a strong attention for detail, and are energized by finding solutions & improving processes.

This role will be posted from August 6-17, 2025. If you are interested, please apply during this period to be considered.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate junior or senior or MBA-level candidate, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Slack, and other professional tools
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and in often ambiguous environments
  • Passion for working with cross-functional teams and internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn our systems and tools
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
  • Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work without restriction
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Benefits

  • This is a part-time role, anticipated 15-18 hours per week
  • $20 per hour
  • Flexibility to work from anywhere
  • Must be able to meet synchronously with US-based colleagues up to 4 hours per week
  • Estimated duration September - December, 2025, with option to extend through May 2026 if mutually desired
