Responsibilities

The People Ops/HR Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive people operations strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational cohesion, develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, administer compensation and benefits programs, oversee performance management processes, implement DEI programs, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and address employee relations matters while fostering a positive company culture.
