Responsibilities

  • Work with the recruitment team to manage job board marketing
  • Schedule and facilitate phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Work with the recruitment team on preparation and delivery of offer letters
  • Coordinate start dates, new hire’s first day, and onboarding documents in-person with Leaders and People Ops team
  • Responsible for People Ops onboarding compliance, including running E-Verify, background checks, and employment verifications
  • Provide a positive and engaging onboarding experience
  • Schedule and communicate training events, monthly company events (in-person and via Zoom across Tenstreet hubs), annual Winter Gathering, and plan additional events as needed
  • Field day-to-day benefits questions and work with internal team and third parties to resolve employee questions
  • Complete quarterly and monthly reporting for the People Operations team
  • Act as a liaison with team members and various HR functions (payroll, benefits) to provide a great employee experience
  • Complete special projects as needed
