Responsibilities

The HR Analyst will analyze compensation and people data to identify patterns, trends, and risks. They will build, improve, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Google Sheets and Looker Studio. Responsibilities also include automating manual People Ops processes using tools like Google Apps Script, Python, or no-code platforms, and auditing/reconciling compensation and people data from various systems to ensure quality and consistency. The role involves supporting compensation cycles with data preparation, analysis, and reporting, and partnering with People Ops to design and implement scalable workflows.
