  • Ability to partner with P&C Partners, cross-functional teams, and Centres of Excellence on organizational efforts (e.g., reorgs, performance management)
  • Location-aligned role (US, reporting to P&C Experience & Delivery Lead in London or Mountain View)

Responsibilities

  • Provide dynamic and responsive coaching and advice to Leaders and Managers on P&C topics like performance management, development, employee lifecycle, policy exceptions, and specific team challenges (e.g., retention, wellbeing, conflicts)
  • Act as the trusted advisor for people policies, practices, and legislation in a specific location, mitigating risks on complex challenges
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on complex issues (e.g., difficult conversations, performance improvement plans)
  • Partner with P&C Partners and CoEs to scope, design, and deliver training programs for P&C, Leaders, and Managers, focusing on location-specific nuances
  • Identify systemic wellbeing and performance issues in locations, conduct assessments, analyze trends, and recommend initiatives
  • Execute and deliver P&C initiatives, projects, and cyclical processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Partner with P&C Partners on Unit-specific efforts like reorgs, large-scale performance management, and strategic initiatives
  • Independently manage employee lifecycle processes (e.g., exits, flexible working)
  • Drive process improvement initiatives (e.g., streamlining query management, root-cause analysis on recurring issues)
  • Serve as the go-to person in the PXD team for delivering cyclical processes to a high standard
