Requirements

Responsibilities

The People & Culture Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development. They will influence and support business transformation initiatives, including those driven by AI and digital innovation. Key duties include leading talent management efforts such as succession planning, performance enablement, and leadership development, while championing a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership. The role involves driving employee engagement strategies, leading change initiatives with empathy and clarity, facilitating team effectiveness, conflict resolution, and leadership alignment, and using data and analytics to assess organizational health. Additionally, the partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into people practices responsibly and educate leaders and employees on embracing AI tools.
