Requirements

  • Extensive HR Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience across HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, preferably within a fast-paced tech or insurtech company
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated history of developing and implementing talent strategies from inception, effectively addressing and foreseeing the evolving needs of a growing organization
  • Masterful Stakeholder Management: Experience building trust and influencing outcomes with partners at all levels, from individual contributors to the executive team
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data from engagement surveys and 360s to drive meaningful change and organizational health
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams, with a focus on building effective and cohesive units
  • Remote Work Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading remote teams and fostering a collaborative and inclusive remote-first environment
  • Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and address the needs of diverse teams, including those with varying backgrounds, identities, and experiences

Responsibilities

  • Build High-Performing Teams: Lead and mentor a talented team across People Solutions and Organizational Effectiveness, implementing the leadership model and using data from engagement surveys and 360s to drive meaningful change and organizational health
  • Drive Strategic People Solutions: Lead HR Business Partners to translate business goals into actionable people strategies, including strategic workforce planning, building career paths, managing employee relations, and evolving performance management frameworks
  • Champion a Thriving Remote Culture: Spearhead key employee experience programs, including DEI initiatives and coaching, to foster a collaborative and inclusive remote-first environment
  • Develop and Implement Talent Strategies: Develop and implement talent strategies from inception, addressing evolving needs of a growing organization and driving business objectives forward
  • Analyze Data and Drive Change: Analyze data from engagement surveys and 360s to drive meaningful change and organizational health, and use this information to inform strategic decisions
  • Foster Collaboration and Inclusion: Foster a collaborative and inclusive remote-first environment, driving engagement and participation from all employees
