Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of ten years of professional experience in healthcare or an adjacent field. A minimum of five years in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role, and at least two years of formal leadership experience are required. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex, enterprise-level initiatives, and developing direct reports is essential. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and high emotional intelligence are also necessary, along with a deep understanding of value realization, strategic planning, and portfolio management. Responsibilities
