Requirements

Responsibilities

The People & Talent Assistant will assist hiring managers in their recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, and communicate with candidates across various channels. They will also support People Operations and Payroll, updating HR systems, assisting with onboarding and offboarding tasks, and supporting payroll preparation. Furthermore, they will draft and publish HR communications, support company rituals and initiatives, and collaborate on HR projects, bringing their own ideas to improve the employee experience.
