Requirements

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR systems/processes, or HR project delivery, a solid understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave, compliance, documentation), demonstrated ability to execute and deliver independently with limited oversight, and comfort working in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced environment. Experience working with intranet tools (Workvivo or Happeo), HRIS (Workday preferred), and an additional language is a strong plus are required. Experience supporting HR in a tech or global organization is a plus, and a creative mindset with experience drafting internal communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

The People Services Project Specialist will execute assigned People Services project tasks across various workstreams, lead or participate in multiple projects of different scales at once, update and organize People intranet and knowledge base content, draft and revise HR documentation such as SOPs, process flows, templates, and employee-facing resources, support process improvements and automation initiatives, participate in hands-on testing of new tools and process changes, deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, partner closely with the People Services team, and support ad hoc tasks to help keep momentum on critical deliverables.
