Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in social media marketing or public relations. They should also have experience leveraging AI tools to enhance brainstorming and creative workflows, and proficiency in Sprout Social, Muckrack, and BusinessWire is a plus. Furthermore, candidates must be willing to travel approximately 20% globally, and fluency in Spanish or French is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The PR and Social Media Associate will support the Senior Social Media Manager in developing and executing social media content and campaigns, assisting in publishing and scheduling content across various social media channels, monitoring conversations and engaging with community members, managing the employee advocacy program, supporting media relations efforts including pitching stories and building relationships with journalists, providing on-site support at events, coordinating internal communications, and analyzing media coverage. They will also contribute to amplifying team achievements and corporate milestones through appropriate internal channels.
