Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in an HR shared services, HR Operations, generalist, or employee support role within a fast-paced environment, along with a solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence, benefit administration, and contract management. Experience working with global employee populations and across multiple regions and time zones is also required, as is hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and ticketing tools (FreshService or similar).

Responsibilities

The People Services Specialist will provide Tier 1+ support to employees and managers across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, resolving a broad range of HR inquiries and issues via a ticketing system, own key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and benefits administration, execute accurate and timely HR transactions in Workday, contribute to the ongoing improvement of knowledge base articles and documentation, collaborate with People Business Partners and stakeholders to support cross-functional processes, identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvement, work flexible hours to support global time zones, collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex inquiries, meet performance standards and SLAs, prioritize ticket resolution based on internal timelines, assist with data integrity and administrative tasks, and operate with top-quality communication and customer service skills.
