Dataiku is seeking a People Services Specialist to support its global workforce. This role involves resolving Tier 1 HR inquiries, managing employee lifecycle processes, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will have strong HR operations experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1+ support to employees and managers across AMER, EMEA, and APJ via a ticketing system (FreshService).
  • Manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, letters, benefits administration, and leaves of absence (LOA).
  • Execute HR transactions in the HRIS System (Workday), including data changes, reporting, and access resets.
  • Contribute to the improvement of knowledge base articles, SOPs, and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders on cross-functional processes.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for operational efficiency and employee experience improvements.
  • Work flexible hours to support global time zones and critical timelines.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Meet defined performance standards and service level agreements.
  • Maintain high-quality communication and customer service skills.
  • Prioritize ticket resolution based on key internal timelines (e.g., payroll, onboarding).
  • Assist with data integrity efforts, day-to-day operations, and administrative tasks within the People Operations team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR shared services, HR Operations, generalist, or employee support roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, LOA, benefit admin, contracts).
  • Experience with global employee populations and working across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support global stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and ticketing tools (FreshService or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Growth mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Comfortable operating in high-volume and high-ambiguity environments.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Final compensation package will be determined during the interview process based on factors such as location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience, and training.
  • Eligible roles may receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.
