Global Payroll Specialist

Candidates should possess in-house payroll management or equivalent experience, knowledge of payroll best practices, and proficiency in using software tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets. They must demonstrate an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment and a passion for making an impact. Fluency in English is required, and experience working remotely is considered a plus.
As a Payroll Specialist Lead, the individual will act as a subject matter expert for Australia, manage relationships with key stakeholders, process full end-to-end payroll, ensure data integrity and quality, perform accounting/reconciliations, focus on KPIs and SLAs, implement and improve processes, mentor and support payroll specialists, and back up regional managers during times of absence.
