Global Payroll Specialist

Candidates should possess in-house payroll management or equivalent experience, knowledge of payroll best practices, and proficiency in using software tools like SAP and Excel / Google Sheet. An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities is required, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment and a passion for making an impact. Fluent English writing and speaking skills are essential, and experience working remotely is considered a plus.
The Payroll Specialist Lead will act as a subject matter expert for Australia, managing existing relationships with key stakeholders across Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering. They will process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, and payments, while ensuring full data integrity and quality. Responsibilities include focusing on KPIs and SLAs, implementing and improving processes, mentoring and supporting payroll specialists, and backing up regional managers during times of absence, as well as accounting/reconciliations.
