Global Payroll Specialist

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, particularly with multi-state and international payroll operations. Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements, is essential. Experience with ERP systems and payroll software is required, as well as proficiency in labor cost allocation and reporting.
The Payroll Manager will oversee end-to-end semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing for a large employee base across the U.S., Canada, and India, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. They will manage payroll operations in India, collaborating with global teams, and maintain accurate payroll records. The role involves coordinating with Accounting to post labor costs, segment payroll, and support labor forecasts and budget planning. Additionally, the Payroll Manager will be responsible for systems integration, reconciliation, and audit support, as well as responding to employee inquiries and maintaining internal controls.
