Senior Manager, Global Payroll

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of product management experience, ideally within an HR company and in a fast-paced, scaleup/start-up environment. They should have experience in US or Global Payroll, strong experience building data and analytics products from scratch, an understanding of both UX and UI, and the ability to lead and collaborate with other product teams. Independent and autonomous leadership skills are also required.
The Senior Product Manager will deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify pain points, rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions, strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots, take full cycle ownership of their work from ideation to release, and work closely with product designers and engineers. They will be responsible for the journey to redefine a way of working for people all around the world.
