Responsibilities

  • Deeply analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points.
  • Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific problems.
  • Strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective to connect missing dots.
  • Take full cycle ownership of work, from ideation, design, review, and feedback to final test build and post-release.
  • Work closely with talented Product Designers and a team of Engineers.
  • Contribute to redefining the way people work globally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in an HR company.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally a scale-up or start-up.
  • Experience in US Payroll or Global Payroll.
  • Strong experience building data and analytics products from scratch.
  • Ability to be an independent and autonomous leader.
  • Understanding of both UX and UI.
  • Capability to lead and bring other product teams on board for delivery.
