Requirements

Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Manager will oversee the entire payroll implementation process for clients, ensuring seamless data migration and system configuration. This includes organizing kick-off meetings, creating and managing project plans, conducting project review calls, and defining client payroll processes. The role also involves setting up system interfaces and reports, managing parallel payroll runs, and ensuring successful go-live transitions with proper documentation and client sign-off. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for generating reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data.
