Deel is seeking a Global Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of clients on our global payroll system. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and business-aligned payroll processes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of payroll, compliance, and international regulations, guiding Deel’s key clients through the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Project Set-up:
  • Organize and conduct kick-off meetings with onboarding teams and clients.
  • Create, maintain, and manage project plans for successful global payroll rollouts.
• Client and Project Management:
  • Support project review calls (internal and external).
  • Coordinate and deliver on project streams.
  • Manage scope changes and delivery schedules.
• Payroll Process Requirements:
  • Define and set up agreed-upon client payroll processes.
  • Establish all payroll and data requirements.
  • Manage client payroll calendars effectively and timely.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed project documentation (project plans, status reports, process documentation).
