Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. This includes leading the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, proper system configuration, and a seamless transition. Key duties involve organizing kick-off meetings, creating and managing project plans, supporting project review calls, defining and setting up payroll processes, managing client payroll calendars, maintaining detailed project documentation, configuring system interfaces and reports, managing parallel payroll processes, and ensuring successful go-live transitions with client sign-off and documentation. The role also involves generating reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation.
