The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience in overseeing payroll system implementations and data migration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and data requirements. Experience in project management, client management, and system configuration is necessary. Familiarity with GL report mapping and payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation is also required.
The Payroll Implementation Manager will lead the full payroll implementation process for clients, ensuring accurate data transfer and seamless system transitions. This includes organizing kick-off meetings, creating and managing project plans, defining and setting up payroll processes, and configuring system interfaces and reports. They will also manage client relationships, conduct project review calls, handle scope changes, maintain project documentation, and facilitate the go-live transition and sign-off, while generating reports for data analysis and reconciliation.
